We therefore believe that any business that has grown past the point of being a two-person office has run into the issues of staffing. Needless to say this is an added and a costly affair for the business. There are a lot of foreseen and unforeseen expenses related to hiring new team members. The hiring process can be time consuming and generally includes reviewing documents, preparing and conducting interviews. These are both expensive in terms of time, energy and money.

1. We do the day-to-day administration of the casual labourers on behalf of the client which includes hiring, training, supervision and branding. The staffs are directly answerable to us and not to our clients. 2. We handle the human resource functions i.e. industrial relations and attend to all statutory requirements. 3. We pay the casual workers through Mpesa (Mobile Money transfer) and direct bank payments to contracted employees i.e. salary transfer to workers bank accounts. We intend to adopt the latter mode of payment to all our clients for security purposes. 4. We provide safety gears required by the workers. 5. We ensure that all our workers are covered by insurance. 6. We train workers on ISO, HACCP, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Health, Safety and Sanitation. 7. We work together with our clients in adhering to the factories and other places if work Act in order to provide a safe and healthy environment to our employees. We do this by formulating safety and healthy committees and training them. 8. All these have the effect of enabling our clients to concentrate on other important areas of their business, thus saving time and ultimately money. We pay our staff (factory workers) as per the labour wage guidelines depending on the locality where applicable. For other professionals; their wages are negotiated between our client and the worker.
